Mr.Cassidy, Arrived at the time we both agreed on and got to work. He was very friendly and professional and came with everything he needed to install the 2 new ceiling fans that work very well. He was in & out for the install about 1hour. I'm very pleased with his work at my house and will recommend him to others if needed 😊

Cassidy came out the same day I called — which alone says a lot — but what really stood out was how he handled everything from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the root cause: miswired switches that were controlling the affected appliances. He made the repairs, then tested everything thoroughly before leaving to make sure it was all working properly. That attention to detail and follow-through meant everything. Beyond fixing the immediate issue, Cassidy also took the time to review the overall condition of my electrical system, including the fuse box and panel, and walked me through his recommendations. He explained his findings in plain language that someone without an electrical background could actually follow — I never felt confused or talked down to. His pricing was fair and transparent, especially given the horror stories I've heard about electrical work. I'm already planning to move forward with his additional recommendations.
