I called SALT and they got a technician out the same day and installed our water filter and softening system the next day. Brian showed up on time and ready to work. Him and his partner did an amazing job on our install and with a smile. I will be using SALT for our needs in the future.
Mr. Justin Wright is an elite electrical technician. His performance is behond recognition and exceptionally above all safety standards and codes. The moment he stepped foot in my residence and recieved the details from my wife. He immediately knew the problem with my circuit breakers before he opened my circuit breaker box. His actions and extraordinary skills impressed my wife and I. We recognized and witnessed him as a phenomenon top notch electrical technician that words cannot explain his professionalism. He is also the best salesman which made me and my wife joined SALT. We would like to recommend Mr. Wright and Mr. Spencer a 5 star promotion and 5 star raised. With all due respect, we would like to request the CEO to take our recommendation seriously. May God bless Mr. Wright his beautiful family and the entire SALT Company.
Eric with SALT Plumbing provided an excellent experience from start to finish. Even though we unexpectedly lost water right before the appointment, he was incredibly patient, understanding, and flexible in offering to reschedule without any hesitation. Before getting started, he took the time to thoroughly explain what the annual maintenance would include and answered all of my questions with clarity and professionalism. It’s clear he values both his work and his customers. Highly recommend Eric and SALT for anyone looking for knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable service!
Marcus and Edwin came out today to do a checkup on my A/C. Marcus identified a few potential issues, and also pointed out that I was using filters that might overly strain my system and cause issues down the road. Really appreciate his expertise and help pointing that out, along with the other issues. Both were very courteous and professional. Definitely hope to have them assigned to come out again if there are any future issues!
We had multiple electrical issues that needed to be addressed at our home. Mr Regan Carpenter came and gave us some options. We selected the one that worked best for us. He came back the next day and took care of it. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. Highly recommend.
Brian Sylvester, Sr. and the other gentleman (forgot his name) are the BEST and professional!!! They installed 3/4" Gas Regulator on my whole house Generac generator and excellent work! Good help is hard to find so SALT should be proud that they employ them! Again, those 2 were the BEST!!
