This was one of the most stressful things I have ever gone through and this Team did everything possible to take the stress away and help me from start to finish. The group which was led by Cory and Abilio (both of whom are fantastic at what they do!) helped me in every way possible and I could not imagine having gone through this with any other company. Joseph was my main point of contact and I cannot begin to explain what his calm demeanor and informed assistance meant to me. Highly recommend!
I had a major mess. Water backed up and flooded my downstairs. Two hours after this flood, Joseph De La Cruz, field supervisor, was in my home, organizing clean up, decontamination and helping me contact insurance. He really walked me through this entire process and was a tremendous help. Then I had an entire team. Thank you Cory, Dehan, Abilio and Logan. You guys were professional, prompt, and polite. Special thanks to Cory for going above and beyond.

I put on an online request another big plumbing company last Sunday needed to fix a disposal this week. I called W when nobody called back. I was told they put me on TH schedule but then no showed twice. This is week before Spring Break and we couldn't leave to go to the theme park with the sink clogged and the disposal not working!
I had to call another company and, my neighbor Gary has used Roto-Rooter Plumbing for years. So, I gave them a call. They answered immediately...a REAL human receptionist, not AI 🤖! My issue was taken seriously and José was dispatched.
José called within the hour and confirmed the address, and arrived on time, even with heavy Friday after work traffic. He was quick to assess the issue, had the part and tools on hand, and gave me exact details on price for the rush service.
While it was $$$, it was worth it to have quick, professional service all around and now we can relax knowing everything is fixed. 🚰
Tech came Christmas Eve. Did a fantastic job, Very thorough. Couldn't have been happier.
Came a day later than what was scheduled.
Plumber said they don’t work on a certain brand of water softener and charged $60 for that . Most plumbing services offer this as part of free consultation.
I really needed them to come out! I took off work for the window 5pm-9pm. It was really hard to get off. They lied and said the tech was coming and said if they needed to come at 10 they would.. A little after 9pm they called to reschedule. I can’t the rest of the week and don’t know when i’ll be able to reschedule. I was not ok with them coming at 10 because o had to get up early the next morning. and was willing to do so and stay up!!
This was extremely important for them to keep their word and it didn’t happen. A sorry just won’t cut it this time. it’s no excuse when they take 4 hours of your time and in my case working. I don’t have pto so when i don’t work i don’t get paid. No matter what you show up!!!

Our plumber, Larry Belding, came to our house early on a Sunday morning to address our hot water heater that was spewing water all over the house. He was very professional and respectful. His work was meticulous and we were very pleased.
