Zach and Manny were very friendly, courteous and respectful. They came and checked me out on my water softner. There was a tag that was in front of a battery that kept it from regenerating that should have been removed when it was installed. They removed the tag and then they checked the settings and got it all set up properly for me so all I have to do is add the Rock Salt pellets. Then, they asked if there was anything else I needed them to look at while they were here and I had them look at my filtration system under my kitchen sink. They told me there is a new system they could put in that would be a lot smaller and more efficient. I am all for that! I have used Proven Plumbing and Air for all my HVAC and plumbing needs and they are always super nice and professional. They know what they are doing, they come within the time frame they give you, and even text you when they are on their way. They didn't charge me for coming out and checking me out on my water softner. I would highly recommend them. I can't say enough nice things about them.
