These guys were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable of water softener machines, something new for me. I had a lot of questions which they answered. They were very helpful and even answered some follow up questions by text. I definitely recommend them.
I hope their work and professionalism is better than their driving. One of their drivers cut me off this morning after they did not come to a complete stop at red light. It was starting to rain a little bit and made for an avoidable situation. Do better.
Great experience with Ark Plumbing. I had a burst pipe late on a Sunday, and they sent someone out within two hours. The plumber, Jason, was professional, explained the problem clearly, and fixed it without any extra upselling. The final bill matched the estimate exactly. Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Great service. Fair pricing. Good quick quality work. Clogged drain. They fixed right away and did not try to up sale me on a bunch of stuff. Did exactly what was needed to fix the problem I had.
Had Jason come out and offer a solution that didn't require having a hole cut in the side of my house - that would have required having another trade out to fix a new problem. He also helped review a few other issues and will have them coming back out soon for more work!
The waste disposal pipe was blocked. Problem was a belly in the pipe under the house slab. Solution required a 3x3x12 foot long tunnel under the slab to replace a section of the pipe. Required soil and rock removal creating two large piles of rock and soil. Th rock and soil had to be replaced in the tunnel. When finished the area looked like nothing had been done. Great job by all involved.

Ark plumbing is amazing. My house had no water pressure. They came out that same hour and were able to fix everything at a reasonable price and quickly. They even took off their shoes. I highly recommend <3
