Rick’s Cleaners is always clean, fast, and efficient — and that is because of Gloria H.! She truly is the heart of this place and is absolutely amazing. She’s personable, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about her customers and our community. I bring in dry cleaning regularly, and when that suddenly stopped because my husband was out of state for 12 weeks of training, Gloria noticed right away. She kindly reminded us about the dry cleaning we had left but also sweetly checked in on him, which meant so much to us. She was also a part of my daughter’s wedding, taking excellent care of both my dress and my daughter’s dress. She always provides accurate timelines and reminders, and everything is consistently ready exactly when promised. Every time I come in, she greets me with a warm smile and asks how the newlyweds are doing. When I’ve asked about difficult items or stain removal, she has always been honest and upfront about what can and can’t be done. You truly don’t find this level of customer service very often anymore. I am so thankful for Gloria and truly appreciate having her in our neighborhood. Highly recommend!
