Reids cleaners does a great job on my laundry and I would give them five stars but for the fact, the people working at this location are subpar. Not friendly, not customer oriented. The latest issue I had was I was originally told my laundry would be ready on Monday however I received a text on Friday advising me that my laundry was now ready to be picked up. See picture of text message below. Drove all the way from Lago Vista to Cedar Park only to have the clerk there tell me it wasn’t going to be ready until Monday afternoon. She then handed me my folded green laundry bag and said this is ready. I asked her why I was send a text saying my laundry was ready causing me to drive all the way here which she did not respond to. Terrible service at this location.
