My first visit here, took a wool jacket in for a torn pocket. The completed work was executed perfectly and professionally. In addition my order was completed earlier than scheduled. Thank you, I'll be returning in the future.

1st visit Had my comforter and my son's favorite jacket cleaned. The cleaning fee of the comforter was more that what i purchased it. They look great
I brought in a pair of ladies suede dress boots for new heels and got them back in 3 days. They looked like brand new and the charge was very reasonable.
They have to send out to a 3rd party to do leather, but for regular dry cleaning it was very fast!
I was using this dry cleaner service to clean the blanket. It ended off full of clothing spools with long black hair (our family is with a short blond one). I had to remove spools by hand, spending an enormous amount of time. I don't know how it is possible to do such a bad job. The blanket wasn't dirty. It was an annual cleaning, so I am giving 2 starts because I suppose it was cleaned. The cost of the blanket is $200+. The cleaning cost is $47+.
WAY OVER PRICED! Used this cleaner because we are new to the city and we didn't know any better. 10 items =>$100!! I am talking about regular items like men's polos and golf pants. $100!! Took our items to a different place the following week. Had 14 items and the bill was $64. Don't use Jack Brown! There are many other great priced options.
