At first I was disappointed because a stain didn't come out of the garment. However, as a first time customer, I received a message from the manager, Connie, to make sure I had a great experience. I reached out to her and she gladly offered for me to return the garment to try again. There was no guarantee it would come out the second time. I appreciated the ease of trying again. And I'm happy to say that the stain did come out! Thank you!

Most cleaners open at 6am or so. I showed up at 6:58am. The lady working was disgusted by this and made sure to glance at the “hours of operation” sign a few times and was very rude over all. Then, $10 to starch a pair of jeans is nuts.

I took four nylon straps to be stitched into loops by the alteration folks here. I was told I would get an estimate before work was done. Next thing I know I got a text saying my total was over $243. I didn't think that was correct and I never got an estimate. I went to the store and they said work was complete and it was $63, for stitching four items. I went ahead and paid it because they had stitched my items but I had not approved it. I would suggest going elsewhere for you alteration work. They do not send estimates as promised and their prices are crazy expensive. I could have bought a used sewing machine on facebook markeplace for $50 and done it myself cheaper. See the attached photo of the work they did. You decided if those are worth $15 each.

Don’t expect too much from this establishment. Manager is off and never seems happy.

$50 to wash a queen size comforter with no bleach is wild. Mega overpriced!
