A great food truck. We had the sichuan pork bao bun. I definitely could have eaten two but probably best to stop at one! I love heat, so I used the chili oil liberally and found I really liked that as well. The picnic tables are great and there’s even a play gym for the kids. It was a little hard to find as Google Maps took me to the “genesis” building just past the truck, which is parked a good 50 yards off Main Street. Such a great addition to the area.
My husband and I decided to come by here after getting an ad a few weeks ago and boy did it not disappoint! We love bao buns, but don’t often find them at restaurants. These are so clearly handmade with love and so yummy! We also got the veggie potstickers, pork soup dumplings and pork lomein to share - everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend trying out this local gem!
Very sweet woman working this evening (3/27). I stopped by at about 7:30 and she was working the food truck alone but had a smile on her face the whole time. I ordered 3 orders of mini pork baos and two orders of chow mein. All were delicious and I will be back!!!!
When we arrived, we were really surprised to find that we had actually met the owner at the local farmers market and have tried their food before. It didn't disappoint - it was well packaged, full of flavor and as good as we remembered it. Definitely get there earlier in the day as they do sell out of certain items. The area is nice too, with the bakery/tea ship right next door.
I tried the pork dumplings and the savory pork bao. They were truly delicious. These are the real deal! Watch out for the spicy chili oil tho, its 🔥 🔥 🔥 and I mean it as in HOT! Use with caution 😅
Food was so so so very good! And the young lady that took my order explained what everything was and was very pleasant
