Came for a drop-in today - everyone including Coach Mel and all the members were so welcoming and friendly. Equipment is top notch and workout was great! Thank you for the great experience-I hope to make it back out here soon!

Probably one of the best things I’ve ever done Instructors all very helpful and will give you individualized attention 10/10. Give it a shot. You won’t be disappointed. First class had me hooked. Great people
Dropped in for a couple days while in from out of town. The coaches were awesome and super welcoming, really friendly community, large and super clean space, and solid programming. 10/10 recommend for dropping in or joining a local gym.

Very friendly and approachable I owned my own CrossFit gym, worked for CrossFit, and have been to hundreds of gyms, so understand that when I say this is one of the best, I mean it! COACHING - The coaches actual coach and are prepared for each session - There’s a wide spectrum of skill and experience levels in each class and the coaches always make sure everyone has a safe and great workout FACILITY - Very clean and organized - Equipment is all like new and there’s everything you could possibly want plus more - The owners basically built a gym they’d want to work out in everyday, and it shows

Its a hidden gem . It was hard to find a such a nice and good Crossfit around this neighbourhood. Coach and classes are so good .The way they take each member a personally and help tbem they reach their goals.
I severely injured myself when I started doing crossfit here. The only thing I told the instructors when I started was "do NOT let me hurt my back,." I literally said that...There wasn't much instruction after that and they really didn't look out for me. In fact, the only real instruction I got was to improve my thoracic spine mobility be stretching on a roller before lifting. This unnatural extension in my thoracic spine combined with weightlifting immediately after it is likely what caused my injury according to some PTs I’ve talked to. Something I would have never done working out by myself. Now I have had severe pain for 2 years due to a thoracic disc bulge and tear and have tried all possible treatments and surgeries with no improvement. I am out of options. I can hardly work anymore, can''t do any hobbies, or even lift my kids and play with them. Two years of the worst pain I have ever known, everyday, with no end in sight. My case is probably rare, but just be careful out there. My biggest regret in life is walking into this gym, and that is not an exaggeration. Nothing against these guys personally, but I can't help but think my life would be different if they encouraged me to be more careful starting out and didn’t push me to increase my spine mobility.
