Would give a 0 if I could, Let’s back up to 11/14/2025 I met a woman that was a personal trainer and she talked me into singing up for person training sessions, I was super excited we would meet for 30 mins weekly & this was on and off I was pretty flexible if it wasn’t something we would just keep going so on and off sometime I didn’t get the weekly session no problem from 11/14/25-1/8/26 (55 days) my last session was the 8th. I was called a week or 2 later the said they tried to call before but I didn’t answer & they definitely did not try to Call they could of also emailed me. I was told my trainer would or wouldn’t be back & I would be training with a male personal trainer. I not only feel uncomfortable working with a male my religion is also a big thing here. I signed up because I felt I could connect with a woman I signed up because of the personal trainer I signed up with. I tried to ask them to cancel my personal training & was told they could give me a woman that wasn’t all the way done with the process of becoming a personal trainer but I would still pay the same amount for the sessions even though I’m not getting a actual personal trainer. They finally agreed to pause my account till they found & hired a female trainer (as of 4/3/2026) have yet to hear back but they are back to trying to charge my card for the funds/ but I’m still not receiving service. I think this is horrible management/services and I will not be renewing my membership after it’s over.
