After having a Baby and just living life through the motions I researched and reached out to a local personal trainer, Amanda Cherry was the first to come up! Even though through my adolescents and young adult years of Volleyball and personal training I was very nervous to see where I was at on the strength spectrum along with how my knee would with stand the training. SO I called and Made the assessment appointment and so thankful I did! We started out with our assessment. This was a very low key & low intensity observation of my techniques and strength and took only a total of 45 minutes . She watched my techniques at different angles and then would correct in a way that I would understand. After signing up with one of her packages and her ability to work around a wrist and knee injury years ago, she encouraged me to lift weights like I used to but in the correct form. I have been with her 4 out of my 10 sessions and I have not experienced any knee and wrist pain. Her technique and training has expressed that you need to teach the correct form before adding weight and I couldn't be more grateful for that! She truly wants the best and long term results for her clients. I would highly recommend her EVERYONE no matter the level of fitness, from beginners to professionals!
