I had multiple excellent experiences at R & A Auto Works and highly recommend them for anyone looking for courteous, professional automotive service. From the moment I arrived, the team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with, taking the time to explain things clearly without pressure or upselling. The shop felt organized and well run, and it was clear they take pride in both their work and customer service. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that combines technical competence with genuine professionalism and courtesy.

It’s hard for me to trust anyone else with my vehicle nowadays since I’ve gotten one scummy mechanic shop to another.. But luckily I took a risk and tried these guys out today. I had the pleasure to meet Phillip at the front desk as he had one of the BEST customer service I’ve had in a while. Today I needed my suspension replaced and their prices were reasonable - No overcharges, just honest prices for the parts and the labor. Their invoice receipt is very well made & it lays down per row clearly what is getting done and what you’re getting charged for! Raul serviced my vehicle and so far he has done a fantastic job! I got to talk to him a few times and he was very friendly as well. Oh and before I forget - they have a 45 day warranty if the job was not done right which I found to be an amazing perk! Definitely one of the best and most reputable shops I’ve been to. They have just earned themselves a regular who will be referring them to a ton of people! ☺️

I contacted R&A this morning to inquire about an alignment and getting one of my tires swapped over to a different wheel. I was told to go ahead and bring my vehicle in, and that it could be serviced the same day. The shop held true to their word. I worked mainly with Phillip, who was extremely kind and answered all the questions I had with care and thoughtfulness. I also worked with Raul, who noticed that I needed an oil change as well and was able to also complete that service for me. At the end, I was very pleased with the reasonable price of service. I will be returning to R&A for future services and repairs.

My wife and I were on a trip when my truck’s radiator cracked. We were pulling our RV when that happened. I found this repair shop through my roadside assistance. Let me tell you, I am so glad they did. Raul from the shop was so kind and went out of his way to help me out. My truck was fixed while I waited and was back on the road. I recommend this shop to anyone in need of an auto service.

They were great! I had an incident with a median, let’s just say I didn’t win! I called them and they told me to come on over. They quickly checked out my car and were very attentive to my concerns. I’ll be back for new tires. Would recommend them to anyone that is looking for great service!
