I was referred to Jason and his staff through one of their long term customers who is a friend of mine. I ended up having a cracked engine block. Jason was 100% honest and upfront with two options for me. He was honest, forthright, knowledgeable and resourceful. Two things that seem harder and harder to find anywhere these days, especially in the auto business. I will continue to use them for my future vehicles.
Jason and his team have completed many repair jobs for me. Auto Service Experts is always considerate of cost, they provide levels of repair depending on budget and as long as the vehicle will be safe. We recently had an injector replacement job that had issues. Auto Service Experts went above and beyond on the warranty work! Great customer service and operates with integrity.
These guys are the absolute best place to take your vehicle. The owner Jason willingly towed my truck out of the Chevy dealership where I was about to get ripped off - he then got my truck fixed in half the time. They’re the type of people that come check your vehicle out on a Saturday in 1 hour notice. Honest shops are hard to come by, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. Jason proved to be an invaluable resource, especially after I had a disappointing experience with another dealership, Don Hewitt of Georgetown. He addressed all the issues with my vehicle effectively and demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout the process. His clear communication and honesty were refreshing, and I truly appreciate the quality of work he provided on my car. I would rate my experience six stars if I could.
Will not give quotes over the phone. They want you to come in so they can “diagnose it properly” want all your information before giving you a ballpark range of price. Don’t recommend.

Rarely do I leave reviews but felt compelled to do so this time. On a Saturday, as the Texas heat is rolling in, Jason was able to get my 05 Tundra in for an AC diagnosis and quick fix. Now my beloved truck is back to blowing ice out of the vents! As this truck is 20 years old, she needs some TLC from time to time, and I’m pretty sure this will be the place to do it!!
First time I called I spoke with Jason. He was so nice and listened to me vent as I was upset from my previous shop I went to. Then I called the next day and spoke wiring John and dealt with John for the remaining time. John was so nice and patient with me. I brought my vehicle in and he set expectations for me and followed through with them. Anthony was super cool also and everyone was nice. They fixed my vehicle just how it needed to be. This will be my new shop to go to. They all need a raise. Good job everyone.
I called to see if they could get me in today since my a/c was acting up. They took in my car and had it fixed within a few hours. Very happy with my experience.
