I love these guys! I've had oil changes, and they replaced my fuel pump. Jeremiah and Bubba, at the front desk, are awesome! Always make me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them. 😁 Update 4/21: They have a few new faces but they are juat as awesome! New at the front desk is Cody. Great guy, super nice! I didn't get a chance to meet any of the other guys but they still did a great job!
Needed to get my truck looked at and fixed in order to pass emissions and they go above and beyond for customers with excellent customer service! Will definitely bring my truck here for any future maintenance! 10 out of 10!
Fantastic service everytime I go. The tech Doug knows his stuff and was able to get my AC running crisp after my compressor went out. He walked me through what the issue likely is and everything that needed to get done and done right! Highly recommend this guy. The staff is very friendly and willing to work with your situation if they can. Veteran friendly as well! Make an appointment though!

I had a great experience. Dan helped me out and getting my car serviced. It was very easy to get an appointment. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. They were even able to price match for me with a cheaper place so I didn’t have to drive so far away so long. I will consider them again for any future service.

These guys are legit frauds and thieves. I brought a 2019 f250 in on a tow and during the tow the tow truck company damaged my transfer case. They have a relationship with the tow truck company and lied to my insurance company about the issue. The truck sat for a while in which time I was attempting to get my insurance to chase down the opposing parties insurance for a repair. I had a broker send a driver in today to pick the unit up and bring it back to fort worth. When the driver got there the tailgate was missing. rear tail light assembly was missing, the 4 pin and 7 way connector was missing, the window motors no longer crank up and down. The truck no longer moves under its own power and that's what I have found so far. I'm not mechanically incline but this is insane. I am bringing this to my own mechanic. I have filed a police report with Jarrell PD case number 26-02240001 and plan to press charges. I have attached photos to see show the truck was sitting at the shop with the components i claim and when it was picked up they were clearly stolen. They are most likely stealing parts and reselling them engaging in fraud. Do not use this shop and do not use SAS towing. Edit- I have added screenshots of the employee sending me pictures of the unit as of 12-26-2025 on site.
