Took in my German shepherd for a dew claw tear and the service was amazing! Same day appointment, friendliest staff, and VERY reasonable prices. I was seriously surprised with how cheap the services they offer are. Could not recommend this place enough!
I took my little fur gremlin to Paw Haven for vaccines and heartworm prevention, and as a first-timer, I showed up prepared… with questions. So. Many. Questions. I’m pretty sure I covered everything from “Is this normal?” to “But what if he thinks he has anxiety?” Dr. Faith and the entire team — techs and front desk included — were AMAZING. Kind, patient, informative, and never once made me feel like an over-the-top dog mom (even though… I absolutely am). They answered everything thoroughly and treated Chico like the royalty he believes he is. Also, shoutout to the other pups in the office who were suspiciously well-behaved. It was giving “distinguished gentlemen waiting for their annual exams.” Very classy vibes. Now… the only thing that made my eye twitch just a little was the cost. I was not prepared for how much even a one-month supply of heartworm and tick prevention could be. I love my fur child, but my bank account briefly considered filing a complaint. 😅 All jokes aside, quality care matters, and they absolutely delivered. My only wish is that there were more affordable options out there for us dog advocates who want our babies healthy, thriving, and living their best long lives. Overall experience? 10/10. Chico left happy and gives a 5 paws up. I left educated. My wallet left humbled. We’ll definitely be back.
Can’t say enough good things about Paw Haven. Dr. Weeks is a great vet and has a lot of patience with our dog. The staff is always friendly and organized. Very well run animal hospital.

Dr. Breclaw is truly exceptional and I can't recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for genuinely compassionate and thorough veterinary care. She is by far the best vet we've ever had. We've been bringing our furbaby to Paw Haven for the past few years and we are so incredibly grateful for the love and attention she has consistently shown. I tend to over worry when it comes to our dog, so I always have a ton of questions at each visit. Dr. Breclaw never rushes us and would always patiently answer every question with several options so that we can make the best decisions for our dog. This summer, our dog collapsed unexpectedly. After reviewing a video of the episode, Dr. Breclaw immediately recognized that it was likely due to a heart issue and referred us to a cardiologist, which led to the heartbreaking diagnosis of congestive heart failure. However, I would say thanks to her quick insight, we were able to get the care our dog needed to help manage the disease and bring our dog comfort instead of treating the collapsing episode as something neurological related as we had thought it was a seizure. Dr. Breclaw even followed up with us personally afterward to check on how our furbaby was doing, which honestly meant so much to us. Early last year, our dog also had surgery to remove multiple lipomas on her body. Dr. Breclaw was thorough throughout the entire process and took such good care of our baby. We always feel safe and supported in her hands. All in all, Dr. Breclaw and Paw Haven have been a blessing for our family. We couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with our dog's care.
The staff and clinic was super nice able to get us in same day and explained everything to us on what was being done.
First puppy visit with my Reggie and Dr.Weeks was so informative and so helpful and totally put me at ease. Looking forward to Reggie and I getting to know the staff. Thank you so much for making our first visit so special.
Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!! They do not care if your dog is sick and needs to be seen immediately.
