I’ve been getting my girl Georgie groomed at Happy Hounds for a couple of years. She’s always well taken care of, happy, and she looks so good each and every time. When Georgie first began getting groomed it was a new experience for her and naturally, she was nervous and a bit “chompy”, as I don’t think she’d ever had consistent grooming prior to me adopting her. With Happy Hounds suggestion of getting her on a schedule, that “chompy” behavior is gone. Kylie is her groomer, she is patient and kind with Georgie, and has outstanding skills!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Happy Hounds with our standard poodle, Ember. This was her first grooming appointment since Piper & Paul closed in Taylor, so we were a little nervous going in, but they exceeded our expectations. They took the time to ask thoughtful questions about Ember and what we liked (and didn’t like). As new standard poodle owners, we weren’t totally sure what type of cut would suit her best, and they were so patient and knowledgeable in guiding us toward a style we’d love. The blending turned out beautiful, and Ember looked and clearly felt amazing. What meant the most to us was hearing how happy and relaxed she was while she was there. The ladies even commented on her great temperament, which was incredibly reassuring and confirmed she was comfortable and in good hands. We’re so grateful to have found Happy Hounds and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for skilled, caring groomers who truly love what they do

Just left happy hounds and they obviously have switched owners.They call to confirm appointments and say one price, then when you come In it's another price. They are understaffed and quality is lacking completely. I went to them for 2 years and my childhood dog for 10 years. I will not be back and I suggest you all do the same.

I have been taking my dog here for over a year and long overdue to share my 5 star review! My dog is not the easiest to work with., but they never have an issue getting him looking good. I love that they communicate and always tell me how he did, anything they found when grooming him and recommendations. A+!

Happy Hounds is so welcoming, clean and so friendly. My Cotons love getting groomed with Kylie. When you walk in it’s quiet and calm. All dogs to be groomed can see what is going on around them. Our dogs come home so happy and calm. Previously the groomer had so many dogs in a room with the kennels. It was loud and constant barking. Not at Happy Hounds! My dogs are calm and so happy. Kylie does a beautiful job grooming them. We are so glad we found her and Happy Hounds! Sylvia Jordan

I am always very happy with how our dog Finleys haircut looks! They keep track of what they do at each visit so its very easy to get the same consistent haircut. Everyone is very nice and upfront with an estimate on how much time it will take. Our dog has environmental and food allergies and they let us know how his coat and ears look and if they notice anything. They are very reasonably priced especially compared to other groomers in the area!

I do not like their scheduling system online. It clearly says they have open days and time slots then it takes half your money as a down payment then you get a call back and they say they cannot get you in until the 2nd week of December. That’s truly inconvenient for the customer. I will be calling the manager for my money back and will not be returning.

Absolutely wonderful! Did a fabulous groom - manager was very helpful, knowledgeable & skilled in grooming. My 'dogter" was treated with love & care.

Hannah’s grooms are awesome!! She did an AMAZING creative groom on my pittie, she’s always friendly and very professional 10/10 would recommend!!
