We are with this hospital for 5 years already. They are amazing. Doctor Gudipalli is the most compassionate and caring doctor we have ever met. His suggestions are always correct, professional and very helpful. He really listens to us and helps our dogs every time.

To put it as bluntly as I can: It is obvious that everyone there cares for the animals as well as humanly possible. And the doctor has felt more like a partner and keeping my animals healthy than just a doctor

The staff at FM 685 is so great and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us get an appointment for our dog the day we called. We were going out of town and I didn't realize our dog's vaccine's had recently expired. Thanks goodness they worked with us and got him in and they were so nice!

They don’t know how to call you back. We were quoted 1500 for a surgery and for a spay all of a sudden our dog had complications after the spay in which we still paid 1400$. Now they said they would help us out when it came time to get the actual surgery done. They didn’t they couldn’t even call us back. The doctor then was uncomfortable doing the surgery they were going to bring in an outside surgeon. The quote was now 1500 again for the same surgery I already paid. Today my wife went in and asked multiple times for an itemized receipt and for the documents we signed before the surgery they did not call nor did they provide the documentation. Stay far away from here if you care at all about your dog or your money.

This was my first time taking my sick doggy here, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. My dog has really bad anxiety which doesn’t help that he’s a big heavy dog, so getting him inside is always stressful. They helped me to try to get him inside which was so kind and sweet of them. When i took my dog to past vet clinics, no one ever helped me and I would spend like 15 minutes outside by myself struggling (I’m 5’0 and my dog is 129lbs). Everybody was so incredibly sweet and nice! The whole staff, the technicians and the doctor were soo sweet and gentle with my big baby. Everything was perfect and the prices were reasonable and affordable. I will definitely be taking my doggie back here!
