I would give TEN stars! Tina and Ismael were so friendly and professional and helped us get our AC fixed well and promptly! Of course, the timing of the repair we needed really put us in a pinch, so we appreciate their help even more!
Jacoby expertly completed the tuneup service for the two AC systems at our home today (4/23/2026). He was thoroughly friendly, courteous, and professional. I think his work was far better than the service we received from another provider in previous years. I'd highly recommend Jacoby and this company. Thank you.

Jacobi was great! He showed up on time, was very polite and professional. He explained in detail what his recommendations were to avoid issues in the future and what the consequences could be if we waited. No pressure whatsoever which made it easy for us to decide to take care of the issue before it becomes a problem. After the work was completed Cobi cleaned up the areas he was working in and buttoned up our hvac system. Thank you again Cobi for the great job you did. And a thank you to 1 Hour Heating & Air, thank you for training your technicians to look for potential issues that could be resolved before it turns into an expensive problem. We appreciate the great service.

Cobi was my savior tonight! It was a saturday evening and I had airbnb guests at the house, and the AC stopped working! He was there right away and pinpointed the problem. He was truly great to work with. The whole process with this company was streamlined and I can't recommend them highly enough!
