I would give TEN stars! Tina and Ismael were so friendly and professional and helped us get our AC fixed well and promptly! Of course, the timing of the repair we needed really put us in a pinch, so we appreciate their help even more!
Jacobi was great! He showed up on time, was very polite and professional. He explained in detail what his recommendations were to avoid issues in the future and what the consequences could be if we waited. No pressure whatsoever which made it easy for us to decide to take care of the issue before it becomes a problem. After the work was completed Cobi cleaned up the areas he was working in and buttoned up our hvac system. Thank you again Cobi for the great job you did.
