I have only very good things to say about AC Express. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and extremely timely and helpful in getting my HVAC back up and running. I had never contacted them before, but they are now at the top of my list when I have an HVAC need. Thank you for all your help!!!
It's a nice warm Austin day and your AC System dies. There are so many AC/Heating companies in Austin...who do you call? If you want great service, a fair price and quick response you call AC Express. Michael and Chris did a fantastic job replacing our system including moving interior equipment up to the attic. Prices were very reasonable and well below some other highly inflated prices from other companies. (I used AI to review all the quotes and AC Express came in on target for Austin. The others were seen as exceedingly high.) I'd work with Michael and Chris at AC Express any time.
Mike was fantastic. He was very flexible with scheduling, showed up the same morning I called to book, and took care of my issues in less than an hour. I also appreciate his clear explanation of future options to replace my old system, but was not at all pushy. Great experience all around… I know who I’m calling when I’m ready to proceed with a replacement!

It was a pleasure to work with Michael . Our heat unit broke and he guided us to make the right decision. We had too many questions before moving forward and he patiently listened , visited us couple of times to get all of our questions answered. They are affordable, trust worthy, committed for their work. They did the job in no time. I am confident we dealt with the right company. No other company will ever get access to my HVAC unit. Nvr ever use them They came and inspect and there is service fee Next day they show up with a motor no receipt and force us to use their service and charge us 1900$ They supposed to call us first.
They came and serviced our AC same day were great and resolved the problem for us in great time! will definitely be using them as our AC people EVERY TIME!
This company answered my phone call on a holiday weekend. Promptly had a team out to my home early the next morning. They fully diagnosed my unit and quickly had my AC running again. Fast and professional. I highly recommend.
Over the past year they've replaced both of our AC units and they did an excellent job -- and the technician was very honest and knowledgeable. He takes his time to answer all ur questions -- use them.....
I called several places before AC Express and couldn't get anyone out today. We're going out of town and would have to cancel plans if we couldn't get our issue fixed today. When I called AC Express, the owner said he also couldn't have a tech out today, but he quickly diagnosed my issue over the phone and told me where I could buy a part. I have installed the part now and our ac blows cold again! Very friendly guy and he has earned my future business and referrals with that help. Thanks again AC Express!
