I'm so pleased with Norrell Electric. I called them to add an outdoor outlet in my back porch and to find a GFCI outlet where our circuit was broken (we had looked everywhere and we couldn't find it). Patrick found the outlet right away (behind our toolbox :-) no charge) and he installed our outlet quickly. His pricing was very reasonable and he did a great job. Like many of us in 2020, I've had to find and use space to work from home. A small room that used to be a laundry room became mine but needed some work. Norrell Electric replaced an old burnt out ceiling light fixture box, a worn out outlet and two switches at a reasonable price and in a timely manner, plus, they even installed my ceiling fan and light as an unexpected bonus - all on a Friday morning while I was working from home without missing a beat! Professional, reliable, and friendly - a great hometown electrician.
I asked Norrell electric to put a 30 amp dryer outlet in my garage. They did, but afterwards I discovered it was the wrong outlet to charge my Tesla (I didn't tell them what the outlet was for.) They returned and changed the outlet free of charge. 8 months later, whenever I charge my car it breaks the circuit breaker. I asked them to come look at it and they discover I needed a 50 amp outlet (again, my fault, I told them to use a 30 amp.) Norrell changed it to the proper amps and only charged me the difference between what I initially paid and what I would have paid to install the 50 amp from the beginning. Excellent service, great workmanship, and overly understanding of my electrical ignorance. Highly recommended!
