Neal HVAC installed our unit a few years back. Prices were great and service outstanding when our AC went out in July. The team got our new unit installed quickly and did a great job. They recently installed a blue light home filter in the unit as well. Highly recommend for any HVAC needs you have.
I knew about Neal Heating & A/C after searching the air conditioning repair market in my area. They explained every detail and made sure everything was perfect. They even gave us tips for maintaining the unit. Our air conditioner completely died on the weekend and I was in a panic. Chris dropped everything and came out right away, even though it was a weekend. He was no nonsense and straight to the point. He clearly explained exactly what was wrong with the unit, didn’t waste any time with upsell or fluff, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. I really appreciate him, stepping up and helping a woman out when I needed it most. Professional, honest and fast—exactly what you want in an AC repair tech/pro. I had a great experience working with Neal HVAC in Georgetown, Texas. They recently repaired the air conditioner at one of my investment properties, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their team was responsive, showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair was done efficiently, and the pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I received. It’s hard to find an HVAC company that combines great service, fair pricing, and quality work, but Neal HVAC delivered on all three. The unit is now running perfectly, and I have peace of mind knowing the job was done right. Chris and his team were great. Gershom, Juan and the rest of the crew were extremely customer friendly during my new system install. They answered any questions I had and were just refreshingly friendly and professional. They did a great job on the install. You can tell the difference and attention to detail with how they run lines and make everything nice and neat on the outside of your house. Much different than previous installations I’ve had with competitors. Neil stopped by in the morning to check in on his crew and you can tell he takes care of his staff. They also did my install on a Sunday to get me up and running sooner and spare me another night without air conditioning. Much appreciated and I highly recommend this local business.
