My mother’s a/c was not working and called in the morning. They worked her into the schedule and arrived on time and fixed it quickly. I am now going to schedule my maintenance with them.

Used Arctic Air again for Spring Maintenance as prepare for full time AirConditioning Season. Scott Owner/Technician who came to my home yesterday and conducted a complete inspection, charged up my iFlo system to prevent bacteria/clogging in AirCon condensate pan. He found a “gathering threat” with our fan and easily resolved. As a result of my many great experiences with the Arctic Air Team I have continued membership in their regular (semi-annual) maintenance program to keep our HVAC running well.

Called 4 times to ask for a payment receipt that I was promised but never received it. I paid a lot for their service and replacement part. (Did I even get that new part Scott said I needed?) Seems very unprofessional and makes you feel they are not very transparent with what they are doing. Will not call them back again. Feeling ripped-off.

We had a recent issue with our HVAC system and called Artic Air for help! Scott came out quickly, diagnosed the issue and got our system running. He also noted an problem with one of our breakers that contributed to the issue, came back out and restored our system to working order. Great service and we highly recommend Artic Air!

Roumany Gerges came to replace a broken exhaust fan switch in our bathroom. He was fabulous! He was on time, friendly, professional, he did the job quickly. Arctic Air never lets us down. Have used them for HVAC system maintenance but this was the first time we used them for electrical. Definitely will use them again.
