Aside from the women at the front desk answering phones whoever she was with attitude and rude responses to questions like im the one who told her to get that job that she hates, Miller Climate was great They came to fix my AC unit and the coils that were messed up and provided a great service and were more than upfront about what can or should be done. In the end my house was cooler and I greatly appreciate their service. I will use them again but hopefully get better areceptionist service experience. Thank you

My AC blower motor failed recently, but luckily it was covered under a 10-year extended warranty. After doing some research with Google Gemini, I was encouraged to find a local authorized provider and chose Miller Climate Control. ​The experience was excellent from start to finish. Melinda was incredibly helpful with the quick scheduling, and Gabe arrived on time to validate the failure. He confirmed they had the replacement part in stock, picked it up, and installed it the very same day! ​I had first noticed the issue at night when I heard a deep, repeating 'thud-like' sound. I originally thought it was coming from outside, but when I traced the origin of the noise, it led me straight to the unit. Highly recommend this team for their efficiency and honest service!

We had our HVAC system serviced for the second time by MILLER CLIMATE CONTROL for the upcoming Texas Heat; the time before was in the fall. Low and behold, I was expecting the service technician from before...BUT NO! As I opened my door and greeted the technician and he handed me his card...it was NO OTHER THAN Mr. Miller!!! The owner of MILLER CLIMATE CONTROL!!! I jokingly stated, 'am I going to be paying more for the BIG MAN showing up'?!!! 😉 Rest assured, signing up for the 'DIAMOND M CLUB' GUARANTEES 2 VISITS PER YEAR AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE to ensure my HVAC system stays in TIP TOP SHAPE. Maintenance is the KEY to ensure costly repairs do not occur and keeping us comfortable in the Texas Heat and warm in the winters. Thank you, Mr. Miller, for your EXPERTISE and WHITE GLOVE TREATMENT! Chris and his team came out next day and fixed a blown transformer - even had the part with him. Quick and professional installation, would highly recommend!

Miller Climate Control was fantastic! We had an HVAC issue today and originally thought it might be the blower motor — a much more expensive repair. Gabe, the technician, arrived super professional, friendly, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the real problem, it was just a bad capacitor. A simple, straightforward fix. What impressed me most was their honesty. They didn’t try to upsell or push the bigger repair, they just fixed what was actually wrong. The owner even called beforehand to talk through the symptoms and make sure they came prepared. Excellent communication, expert diagnosis, and trustworthy service. I would recommend Millard Climate Control 10 out of 10 times. If you need reliable HVAC work, call them, you won’t be disappointed!

Miller Climate Control was recommended to me by a client a few years ago, and I have been extremely pleased with them. Their honesty, service, and pricing are better than any other company I have used in my 30+ years living in Austin. A small company that goes above and beyond. They are "a keeper".
