Beware! This is not the same company as before. New owners now have incompetent staff who don't have even the most rudimentary understanding of HVAC. Staff refused and was unable to verify the service for which I had asked, cleaning my furnace. They all claimed to have to check with their manager before giving any answer. Then they gave me bs answers about if they were going to clean my furnace. I think the owners must be in another country and that there's no boss checking up on staff. They certainly lost a new customer this morning.

I feel ripped off! The service technician was completing a pre-paid preventative maintenance call. He showed me I needed a capacitor for the fan motor for the air handler unit in the attic. He installed the capacitor in less than 10 minutes. I was charged $265.90. My subsequent research showed that the cost of such a capacitor was less than $20. The service call had already been paid for so the charge was not for the service call. I believe the service technician was correct in telling me I needed the new capacitor and I agreed; he was fine. That Georgetown AC would charge $265.90 for a simple part on a pre-paid service call is a rip-off.

John was wonderful. He greeted me courteously, put on shoe covers before entering and maintained a professional demeanor throughout the service call. His knowledge of the replacement (new model Lennox S40) allowed him to disconnect the old thermostat and replace it with the new efficiently. He was patient with me as I fumbled my way through the thermostat registration process. He guided us through the thermostat's operation, answering all our questions. We were thoroughly satisfied with his customer service attitude and the skills he brought to the job.

Great company to work with. They installed a Split Unit Heat Pump in the enclosed back patio. The installation team did a great job. They were knowledgeable and cleaned after themself. I recommend Georgetown AC & Heating without hesitation.
