I have called this company twice for two different jobs and I couldn’t have been more happier with the results. Both were commercial jobs. For the first one, Farshad was prompt and on time. He knew exactly what to do from the beginning, fixed the problem and was out like nothing had happened. The second incident, was on a Friday afternoon with an AC problem. Again, he came in on a Friday afternoon and had my commercial AC fixed in no time and was out before my customers notice that the AC was out. Strongly recommended!
Another company cancelled on us and couldn’t reschedule for 8 days after our upstairs unit AC went out but we called Mechanical Climate Control and they came out same day and fixed it same day. We thought it needed replaced but he was able to fix it. He was very nice and it appears that he did great work and was willing to stay well into the evening to get it fixed same day! He even took a quick look at our ice maker as well. I would highly recommend this business.
Tried to get an appointment using my home warranty. This company jerked me around for a week after putting in my service request. I couldn't get a straight answer for why they couldn't come out on the days I was available and they just expected me to have the time to sit around and wait.
