I am not handyman-oriented. I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to this kind of stuff. I recently started a home project, and went to McCoys for help. The staff was really helpful (and they were really sweet with our young daugther). The folks out in the lumber yard were really patient with me being an idiot, and helped me pick out boards, cut them, deliver them and helped me feel more confident in the swingset project I'm making for my daugther. It was awesome. Vicky, Debbie, Jacob and Andrew (apologies if I got the names wrong!) were absolutely awesome and I'm very aprpeciative for their help the other day.
Adriana was very polite and helpfull.I will be coming back.

terrible customer service
Went in looking for 3/4" plywood with AT LEAST one side that was cabinet grade (A) and the other side had to be a 2 or better. I am building tall, wall mounted kitchen cabinets. The cashier Emory was very helpful,walked me outside to see some sampls. I found a pile of practically flawless 18mm 4x8 Birch sheets. I was thrilled! I was through the roof once I was told the price. They were only about $55 per sheet (12/2025)!! I went to another plywood retailer the day prior and was quoted $178 per sheet for something very similar. Needless to say, McCoys will be the first place I check next time I need quality plywood sheets for a project.

They have quality products , carefully selected based on local needs and extremely competitively priced. I wish we had one nearby so I don’t have to frequent the increasingly extortionate big box stores pushing the lowest grade Chineseum that can be sourced
