Excellent experience! Just wrapping up a lake house build in Kingsland with Grand Endeavor Homes! My wife and I had a wonderful experience spanning design to delivery. At the onset, Jimmy was thoughtful and his communication was excellent. Phil and the team exceeded every expectation during construction for build quality, communication, and attention to detail. Phil was a true partner throughout the process. We apprecaite the entire experience so much - we are considering building another home with the Grand Endeavor team. Thanks again for making this such a great project overall!

Grand Endeavor was the absolute best to work with and I cannot recommend their team enough! This was our first experience with building a home and they made the entire process so seamless. They were very accessible, communicative and just easy to work with all the way around. Matt, Lindsey and Maurine in sales and finance were great! Kristen in design was an absolute gem helping to bring our vision to life. Brian and his construction team just did amazing work and our superintendent Kyle was incredible all the way through. As someone who is extremely detail oriented (borderline OCD), l can safely say I met my match with Kyle. He was always one step ahead of us in addressing issues or making changes and was extremely thoughtful in his recommendations. We visited our homesite every week and the level of detail and thought that is put into everything is exactly what you hope for in building your dream home. We moved into our home in July and even now as things come up, they are more than willing to help us out with fixes, or point us in the right direction. They were and still are fantastic! IF we ever build another home in the future, we will absolutely go with Grand Endeavor again
Grand Endeavor builds a beautiful and quality home. From the engineering to the finished home, they used quality products and building practices. Our Superintendent, Felix Garcia, was on the job site regularly to keep a watchful eye on the process and met with us routinely to discuss progress, work out developing design issues and address any concerns we had about the build. Felix responded to our phone calls quickly and followed up with requested information.
We had never built a fully custom home prior to this experience. Felix, Brian (director of construction), Kara (permitting), Maurine (accounting) and all the GEH personnel helped guide us through the process and helped us feel comfortable with their building practices and engineering. Overall, GEH have been responsive to all of our punch list items and as of this writing (2 weeks in our new home) they have been responsive to all warranty work after the close.
Great home building experience with Phil. His technical expertise and attention to detail is top notch. He leverages his vast experience to make valuable suggestions for improved aesthetics, function, and operability. Phil is an advocate for his customers and treats each project as if it were his own home. When building a home not everything goes 100% as planned, but Phil excels at problem solving and relationship building to work through the unexpected. Would recommend Grand Endeavor Homes and Phil over and over again!

This was our first time building a house and we chose to build with Grand Endeavor Homes (GEH). GEH made the whole process easy and smooth.
We worked with Matt on planning and budgeting. He looked at 2 lots that we were considering purchasing and gave us an analysis of both lots and the pros and cons of building on each. He was patient in answering all of our questions and so easy to work with.
We worked with Kristen on interior design and she made the process fun and stress free. She had great suggestions and brought our ideas to life and didn't hesitate to make any changes we asked for.
Phil was our building superintendent and he was absolutely amazing to work with! He was patient and kind and alleviated our stresses when we were worried about the building process. He made the process fun and the end result is our dream home!

Be very cautious and ask questions about the cabinetry in the house during your design meeting. While the majority of our house was beautifully built by Grand Endeavor, the cabinetry is sub par and did not last 1 year.
