This place is more expensive but we like the options they provide but noticed the product has gone down. Ordered a mangoneada Requested extra chamoy and this is what I got. Not worth the price and added charge.

This place is good, but it is crazy expensive, I rather go to Paleteria La Selva, which is just as good, and the prices are way better!

First time experiencing poor customer service here, and it was really disappointing. The employee didn’t greet me or acknowledge me—just immediately asked what I wanted with no friendliness at all. When I asked for two flavors, he said they didn’t have them and didn’t offer any alternatives, so I had to lean over and look myself. At the register, I even asked if he was having a bad day, and he responded, “I haven’t got any sleep.” While I understand everyone has off days, that’s not an excuse to treat paying customers poorly. If it weren’t for my sick daughter asking for ice cream, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
I cannot recommend this place enough. I went for the first time Jan 15th, picked up two popsicles to go and tried the crazy shake and was delighted by the textures and careful arrangement. (side note, the popsicle/paleta held up beautifully on the drive home and was great 3 days later) I can’t believe it took me so long to come back! Went back today at 6:45pm when the opening line for Amy’s was 40 people deep, and I have no regrets. Customer service: We were welcomed in immediately, shown to the menus and the man behind the counter was happy to answer any questions, and was knowledgeable about their options. My partner was hoping for coffee and chocolate and he let us know their best match would be either tiramisu or cappuccino - and without that I’m not sure we would’ve tried tiramisu! Decor: This place is being slept on. Beautiful and vibrant art, bilingual almost everything, cute and comfortable seats, photo op walls. 10/10 bright and fun! I can’t wait to bring my niece next time! Taste: This is Good ice cream. It is dense, melt in your mouth, good amount of toppings, doesn’t leave a filmy after taste. I feel like it has a good depth of flavor, no freezer burn, and it just brings me joy. This review written with no AI, just autistic joy, cross posted on yelp reviews - but for a balanced approach here are the reviews from the two people with me: my friend says “the tiramisu is just the right blend of coffee and balanced sweetness level“ my partner “the Reese’s is a subtle and not overwhelming flavor, pleasant surprise. I definitely want to try the cappuccino next!” Aaaaaalso they just got a new mobile truck unit, and if you see them out in your community soon, I am a huge fan of the Cookie Monster (blue) flavor.
