Everybody is so welcoming here! My avocado bagel came out and it was amazing! Customer service is amazing and Chloe is absolutely amazing and so nice and welcoming!

Have been 5 times now. Coffee is always room temp. Bagels are average. Honestly not great, by Einstein bros standards it’s probably a passable location but the consistently cold coffee at a bagel and coffee shop is killer. Makes me want to open a bagel shop, given the lack of competition in the area :( Update: poorly wrapped bagel with someone else’s orders cream cheese all over the wrapper of an egg sandwich. 0 for 5, for the cold coffee and cream cheese all over my hands lol. I won’t be back a 6th time.

This place really needs to work on their staff…I understand not being able to break a $100 but getting my change wrong, then getting my order wrong, Then waiting 25 minutes while everybody else got their food and asking about mine and they forgot to put in my order then waiting some more and then realizing that they have the food, they just never brought it to the front… You guys need to start drinking some of your own coffee and wake up a little bit…

The service was impeccable! The gentleman Darius was very attentive, hardworking and kind. His attentiveness to us guests and order details was spot on. We were in and out in no time. Thanks for having him.🥯🙂

Kudos to the Hutto Einstein Bros crew. I’ve always had a top notch h experience here - in fact I’ll drive to this location in lieu of the one nearer to me because these folks get it. I’m always greeted with a smile, and well taken care of. My order is always correct. Chrissy has a great team here, and Angel is super helpful and friendly.

Chrissy and Angel are the best! Incredible staff, very friendly and helpful. You can tell they care about their customers. The bagels are just better here and i highly recommend their dark roast coffee blend

I have to say 5 Stars are not enough stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I’m adding 5 more Stars for the first time in an Einstein Bros. Bagels. Shop. The Best Service Ever. Hats off to Chrissy,Talia & Abi I was visiting family in the area. I wanted an everything bagel 🥯 and since I got there at closing time. Abi hospitality was amazing and Chrissy said I’ll make one Bagel for you & it was the Best 🥯 ever. If you want a tasty breakfast bagel Einstein Bros. Bagels is The only place.
