We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with KCE Homes on the build of our dream home. From the initial design phase through framing, construction, and final touches, Brandon, Carrie, and the entire KCE team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. Their level of experience and attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was their honesty, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to delivering quality at every step. KCE built a custom home for us, including working with us to have architectural plans drawn from scratch, and they were invaluable to us in every step of the process. We got exactly what we expected to get on time and even more importantly, on budget. And that isn’t to say that we’re weren’t issues or changes, as any home build will have a lot of both. But what I can say is that KCE was/is incredibly responsive and worked with us to make the house we moved into matched our vision when we started the project. KCE also did a great job of talking through in flight elements to make some design changes during the build that made sense as we progressed. In every instance where those changes affected cost, KCE did a great job of clearly defining the cost variances and once approved stayed within budget.
