Highly recommended. Mr. Phelps replaced my water heaters. He also corrected them to compliance code because they were not properly placed initially. Never had any issues thereafter. My family and I recently moved in to a new house and needed a lot of small plumbing issues handled (seat a new toilet, new cutoff valves for washing machine, drain installation of a pedestal sink, etc). We had an issue with the gas line on a property Friday afternoon. Mike came out that day to evaluate the issue and returned saturday. Just wanted to be sure to give credit where credit is due. Michael Vice at JL Phelps was great to work with. We had a lot of little things going on with a remodel of a laundry room and two bathrooms Michael brought it all together. He was enjoyable and a pleasure to work with as was the office staff with any calls made and being kept updated on Michael's comings and goings. I would highly recommend JLPhelps and specifically ask for Michael.
His knowledge in plumbing and professional demeanor set the tone right up front. Mike got to work right away and was able to find the broken pipe. Mike was able to get the water line repaired in 3.5 hours which was beyond my expectation.
