Plumbing was backed up, response was very fast. Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He got it fixed and working super quick all while working in the pouring rain he still had a great attitude. Price was reasonable, we will use them again and would recommend to my friends and family. Local and Family owned in Taylor is a huge plus in our book as well 👍
Our plumbing was backed up. We called Duck Plumbing and they came within 2 hours. He fixed everything so fast, cleared it out and we were good to go! Cost was very reasonable and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know!
I'm very happy with the work Duck Plumbing did. I had a clogged drain...but it ended up being a broken main line under the house. They cleared the line, and showed me pictures/videos of the break, and got a very reasonable quote and took care of it.
I have used several good plumbers in Taylor (and would recommend most of them), but I have grown to call and use Duck Plumbing first out of the gate when they are available. Jason is professional, patient, knowledgeable (about plumbing and Taylor codes), honest, and comparatively reasonable in price, so he has become my go-to for projects in the Taylor and surrounding areas. Jason fit me in to fix a major gas leak at my meter this week and repaired the main line to my house with a setup that even the Atmos gas technician said was very professional and allowed him to quickly test and complete the restarting of my gas service so I could get back to normal fast. Finally, I have learned to trust Jason beyond his reasonable pricing; he will tell you the truth with options and do the job right without any BS or upselling.

We had such a great experiance using Duck Plumbing. They are a family owned operation that is reasonably priced and professional. Before they even came out to our place they asked for pictures of the problem and then came perpared and had our issue taken care of in no time. If you need a plumber, these guys are great, hire them.
They were very professional. They covered their shoes with shoe covers since it was raining outside. The problem was fixed very quickly so they gave me a discount on their hourly rate. Great experience!
Jason and his son fixed me right up. My water heater had gone out for possibly two reasons which they saw quickly and solved. They were gentleman while here and came over as soon as they could. I highly recommend them.
