By far, this has been my best experience! I am a business owner as well and I hope my customers are being treated this well. Not only was Sackett, the plumber, exceptional, the office staff was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend!!!
The pipe to our kitchen sink busted during the winter storm. After it was determined that the city was not going to pay for the damages my mother began to obtain several quotes. Most quotes were thru the roof and my mother is not well off financially. Mr. Frank Torres who works for Coppera Plumbing saw my mother’s situation and gave her a humane and fair quote. We are immensely grateful for the professionalism and decency displayed by Mr. Frank Torres and would recommend Coppera Plumbing to all.
This service was very professional and prompt to fix my water pipe that burst. They had great customer service and were willing to help many residents with pipe repairs during this disaster. I am very pleased and thankful for their service.
