I had a great experience from the initial consult and loved how Dr. Vasanjee explained the whole procedure and process for my pet. The technician Haley and Geneva were awesome as well updating me on Loretta’s surgery!
Terrible service. You have to wait approximately two hours in the room. Simply a very bad experience. I do not consider them professional—right from the very start, when checking in.
My dogs were bitten by a rattlesnake and they did a great job taking care of them

Terrible experience. We waited an incredibly long time only for the doctor to spend just a few minutes with us. The visit felt rushed, uncaring, and overpriced. The way the pricing and treatment recommendations were handled felt predatory, and I left with the impression that this clinic cares more about money than about pets or their owners.
My Kitty Samantha was diagnosed with arrhythmia a year ago. While no treatment could be recommended, I took her every 6 months for her scans. She was in good hands. Dr Bordelon, board certified, is very professional and gave info to keep me informed. The Clinic is clean and staff relatable. While expensive, You get what you pay for. Samantha is still here. She just had her recent scan. Yes I recommend.
Dr’s McCool and Harvey and their fine staff saved the life of our Aussie pup. They were all smart and efficient. L’il Taco is getting back to his terroristic self which is a good sign. Thanks again
"I wish I could give 6 stars out of 5! I had to bring my dog Bryli in during a bad rainstorm, and the care we received was simply exceptional. Rama at the front desk was so sweet and pleasant, greeting me warmly and efficiently getting all of Bryli’s paperwork copied from her folder. Crystal, the vet technician, truly went above and beyond the call of duty. She took such amazing care of Bryli and took the time to explain everything clearly. Most importantly, she went out of her way to work within my budget, which I appreciated so much. She is truly exceptional. What started as a scary situation ended up being a very positive experience thanks to this wonderful team."

We were sent here with a very sick dog, our fur baby needed their care. We found everyone compassionate with us and Bella. They kept us updated and took great care of Bella. She is home now and so much better.
