It's Sunday my regular vet clinic is closed they referred me to Central Texas. I took my cat there today for emergency care. I was very pleased with the doctor and the care she received. The overall prices were extremely fair. I will use them again if emergency care is needed.
After searching for months to find the right diagnosis and treatment plan for Chika the Chihuahua, our persistence paid off with a referral from Dr. Mayner to Central Texas Veterinary Speciality and Emergency Hospital in Round Rock. The surgeon, Dr. Zacher was great in going through the process both pre and post op. And Samantha was FANTASTIC at providing care and guidance to Chika and her humans. I feel great about our choice selecting CTVSEH, the rest is in God’s hands.
They helped my dog with his pain and provided guidance on next steps after identifying a malign tumor. Cost was reasonable, they charged about $550 for an ultrasound, blood work, medicine and vet consultation. Then had to go again and they didn’t charge for a second consultation.
Wonderful consult for our tiny Yorkie diagnosed with mammary tumors . Michael Lucroy, DVM, MS, DACVIM (Oncology) and his nurse Alexis provide wonderful care for patients . Although her prognosis isn't the best we were given a chance to explore all our options and he also took the time to answer all our questions ,even though some of our questions were repeated due to a large amount of information being received .10/10 service, pricing was also very reasonable given her situation and his specialty recommendations .
Unfortunately we had to put my sweet babygirl Stella down last week. She was almost 15, and CTVS gave us nothing but the most peaceful experience we could have ever asked for. We’ve been bringing our babies here for years for emergency situations and will continue to do so as long as we have pets. They even sent us a card a week later. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for helping us through this challenging situation.
I’m so pleased with the Rehab department. My dog has going through rehabilitation after a herniated disc surgery and the technician Nichole is simply amazing. She’s the one who works directly with my pet making sure that she’s safe, happy and getting her exercises done properly. Dr Sanudo is the one responsible for the department and I can’t be more grateful for her and her team for the great work they have put into my little princess.
