No matter where I live in Austin, I always come back here for my dog’s needs! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They make my little Zsa Zsa feel right at home every time.
I am deeply grateful to Dr. Quintana and the entire team at Fire House Round Rock veterinary clinic for the care and compassion they showed my dog during a very difficult time. What initially seemed like a treatable condition sadly turned out to be cancer. Dr. Quintana performed surgery and did everything possible to help Sam. Even as the cancer progressed, the doctor and staff were always honest, supportive, and incredibly kind. They kept me informed at every step and took the time to explain all the options and what was happening with my dog's health. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but having a veterinary team that truly cares makes such a difference. I am thankful for the dedication, empathy, and professionalism they showed throughout the entire process. My Sam was treated with dignity and love until the very end. Thank you, Dr. Quintana and team, for everything you did for him and for supporting me through such a difficult journey.

We moved to Round Rock and needed a Vet. I love that ai can book appointments online. They seemed genuinely concerned. The cost was very reasonable. I'm a fan.
Attempted to take an injured baby squirrel that fell out of a tree here after no sign of its mother coming back for it. Was told by wildlife rescue to do so for immediate care since I was unable to get it to the wildlife rescue location. City vet claimed it was illegal for them to take a wildlife animal. Though it is illegal for them to keep it long term, they can provide emergency care while arrangements are made to transfer to a wildlife facility. It was obvious that they just didn’t want to deal with it. Unfortunate.

From the first phone call, the service was exceptional. Our receptionists worked with their team to transfer client information, and everyone was awesome, so very sweet, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Truly excellent customer service!
The tech who saw Haley was very informative about Haley's medications. Dr Hocher was very thorough with information about Haley's medications and lab work.
Our visit was short and the technicians were patient and caring, which is the best of everything.
