Love the staff and doctors. I genuinely feel heard, respected, appreciated, etc. which was NOT the case at another Vet place on Whitestone Blvd. The only thing I am not happy about is the website. I know its not their doing and more of a higher up issue, but the website before this change was so much more informational, user friendly, easy to access my dogs historical data, it was just so much better. I truly wish Thrive of whomever is in charge of the website would change it back to how it was, or do better. It's a shame really b/c the website sucks and does not reflect the excellent service of the staff and vets.

I came to Animal Care Clinic for my frenchie, Boom. His head started to droop, so we thought he had an ear infection. I thought had scheduled it for Thrive at a different location, but I am so glad that it was for this place! I scheduled online the night before, and was able to have my appointment in the morning. Boom had only been acting differently for about 2 days. The staff was amazing from the moment we stepped in the room. Even the other clients were friendly! Once we were taken into the exam room by Ro (I believe that was her name), it was immediate comfort. Boom loved her so much, that he was flirting with her even being so sick! Dr Clark was very kind, informative, and did a thorough exam. She saw that something was in his ear, but there was some “funk” that she had to get through first. It seemed like it was a growth of some sort. The cleaned and medicated his ear, did some bloodwork and came up with a plan for me to get images from a neuro along with sending me home with some meds for him. While checking out, the front desk staff was wonderful! They held my Boom while I was checking out and trying to get situated. The next day, Dr Clark called me herself with the test results. His bloodwork was all over the place, so she sent me estimates for X-rays, and gave options for ultrasounds. This was on a Friday, so I was determining what course of action I wanted to take during the weekend. Unfortunately, Boom rapidly declined from Friday night to Sunday. We had to make that difficult decision to put him down. But, I will continue to use Animal Care Clinic for my other pets. I have never had a Vet Clinic show so much love and compassion!

I’ve only taken my dog here a few times so far, but this is by far the best vet I’ve taken my dog to. The staff is incredibly friendly and they really go out of their way to make the experience less scary and more comfortable for your pet. I’ll definitely keep bringing my dog here.

Dr. Cass is amazing!! She has taken excellent care of several of my dogs and I trust her to give them the best care. Great place! Staff is friendly and compassionate.
