Had water all over my kitchen floor and under the faucet in the cabinet below ..was leaking bad..called GTX and.they immediately put me in touch with a plumber. He walked me thru several steps to stop the emergency then came to my house. Lloyd identified the problem and scheduled a plumber to cone out and provide a permanent fix. This was all after 5:00 PM GTX reacted in a similar manner during our big freeze. This is service you only see in the movies . They don’t get any better than GTX. Mike Skawin Georgetown

Five stars!!!! We had a burst spigot during the freeze, and they were absolute lifesavers. They actually FaceTimed with us yesterday to assess the damage and give us peace of mind when no one else could make it out. Then, they braved the icy roads today to complete the repair. Professional, kind, and incredibly helpful.

I have utilized GTX since the big freeze. Lloyd walked me thru on the phone on what to do to prepare for it...this was the first time I called them and I was not a regular customer at that time. During the freeze they sent update texts re scheduling, etc. I could not contact my previous plumber but GTX was there for me. Since then they have provided a new water heater and flushed it on regular basis. I also had a problem with my kitchen sink faucet on night and I called an Lloyd answered and walked me thru how to fix the situation. GTX is the"real deal"'.' I would not go to anyone else.

I cannot say enough good things about GTX plumbing. I called them for an emergency when the company my home warranty works with couldn't make it. Lloyd is AMAZING!!! He is fast, responsive, and had the issue fixed quickly. The customer service is out of this world. GTX plumbing is now in my speed dial.

I’m very disappointed with this company’s service. The technician intentionally spent over an hour before pointing out a very small issue. They charge $55 just for visiting, $170 per hour to “diagnose,” and then wanted to add even more hourly charges ($225). It feels like they deliberately stretch out the time to increase the bill rather than fixing the problem efficiently. The value of service compared to the amount charged is not fair, and customers should be cautious about the way they operate.
