This guy is genuinely the best!! We had an urgent power issue with a baby at home at an inconvenient time and he was the only electrician we could find who would go out of his way to help us. Great guy! I couldn’t reccomend him by higher.
Shawn did everything he could to make sure I was happy with the service. He offered a fair price to install my chandelier and even covered the cost of the light bulb. He communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and got the job done perfectly !

I wish I had a better experience with Shawn, but ultimately there was what seems like dishonesty going on. Basically he agreed that permitting would be produced on installing an electric vehicle charger in my home so I could apply for EV incentives. After installation, he had taken several weeks on "updates" on the permit. He finally provided a permit number that was missing a digit, and when I tried to look up permits in the public database, I found nothing matching my address. After bringing this up he has gone radio silent and I'm pretty sure he has blocked my number now. I wanted to complain to the BBB, but Going Greene was not a registered business. I'm concerned he is not a licensed electrician. The license number he provided had the same last name in the Williamson County database but a different first name. He could go by a nickname, but given everything else I would suspect the license number is not his own. I do have to say the install went smoothly. But he seemingly lied about his ability to obtain a permit to win my business, and now I'm down over a thousand dollars because of it.
Shawn came out on Sunday to install a Tesla wall charger. First thing that set Shawn apart from other quotes I received was instead of telling me where he could install the charger, he asked me where I wanted it - what would be convenient for me. His pricing was fair and he did the install efficiently and quickly, even running to the store twice to get the breaker I needed and then conduit due to a change in how to get the wires where it needed to go. When he was all done and cleaned up everything, I noticed that my garage shelf unit could not go back to where it was without the wall unit moving a foot to the right. Without complaint, Shawn cut the conduit shorter and reshaped it so the wall unit could be relocated to where it needed to go and ensured I was 100% happy with his service. If you have any electrical needs, I highly recommend Shawn and wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any future electrical needs at my home. Thanks Shawn!
