If you’re in the Austin area, you should know about Ms. Valerie Ortiz. Although, and howsomever notwithstanding, she apparently works/resides in area code 210…be not dissuaded. Valerie ramrodded the installation of my Generac in Georgetown, Texas, USA from start to finish. Electrician this, permit that, inspection this. A to Z. Kinda puts faith in people. You know. Someone says they are going to do something. And they do it. Know what I mean?
If you ever need a service call make sure to ask for Chevy S. This gentleman was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He is also backed up at the office with great communication regarding my appointment.
Tim and Donavan installed our generator last week. They did a great job and were very informative. Michael did the start up and instructed me on all the information I needed to know about the generator. Excellent job Michael. Erin in the office also did an excellent job of communicating with me. Great job from the entire team.
The Generator Supercenter of Austin flawlessly managed the selection, purchase and installation of our Generac. Communication with the Center was easy and timely. All proposed service dates and times were adhered to. The installation crew was courteous and professional. I can strongly recommend the Supercenter for your generator needs. I had my generator installed by Dee and Thomas about a month ago. Last night it paid for itself. We had an 8 hour power outage on the coldest night we’ve had in a long time. We were out of power for about a minute, and then everything came back up, and we went about our life as normal. With small children and animals, we didn’t have to worry about keeping warm! They took care of everything, and it was a total turnkey operation and they took care of everything. There was one issue with the install, there was a tiny gas leak on the inlet of the unit, but I am not deducting any stars because when I called and let them know, they had dispatched the plumbers and it was fixed in less than an hour! Great people, and nice having that peace of mind!
Every step of my experience with Generator Supercenter of Austin was outstanding. My initial contact with Ralph showed him to be extremely knowledgable about and patient with all my questions with absolutely no pressure to “close the sale.” Once the decision was made, Erin handled all the logistics superbly. She remained in contestant contact before, during and after the installation. The technicians, Thomas and Dee, could not have been more professional. Their attention to detail was impressive as they went to great lengths to assure the appearance and performance of the final product was beyond reproach.
