We love Georgetown and we love this little pocket of homes inside of Georgetown. These patio homes come in a variety of very well thought out floor plans with designer touches and premium execution. Gardens at Verde Vista is exactly what we were looking for...quality construction with all the upgrades, small neighborhood size (149 at build-out), nice choice of sizes and plans, a tandem garage, mid-city urban Georgetown location, and zero yard work. We're on a small lake, surrounded by trees and green lawns with walking paths. This is our THIRD "last house" and we're finally home.
We love this place with friendly neighbors and quite neighborhood. It is close to shopping and medical facilities, a plus for us young seniors. We enjoy the clubhouse that provides different exercise equipment.

With its unique architecture and limited number of homes, the Gardens at Verde Vista feels like a little oasis in the heart of an expanding Georgetown. We were looking to downsize and found the Medici villa to be exactly what we were looking for. The size is perfect, and it is a very “easy living” home. The elegant Amenity Center has provided an excellent setting for numerous community get-togethers and includes a well-equipped fitness room. We made the right decision by moving here.
We absolutely love our home in Gardens of Verde Vista. Other than our home itself we love our new neighbors and truly maintenance free living. We could have not made a better choice.
