Jacob was friendly. Made a mistake on quote at first but then called and fixed it.
After calling around trying to find someone who could replace our hot water heater with one that could keep our water hot for longer, I finally found these guys! They new exactly what to do, they were able to come that week and their prices were better than anyone I could find!! I can now run the dish washer and take a long shower and the water stays hot the entire time!!!! Oh, and they sent me reminders that they would be there, they didn’t give me some kind of “expect us between 12 and 4” kinda thing.. they gave me an exact time and they were at my door 5 minutes early!! Didn’t take them long at all. Thank y’all so much Fisher Critical!!! Y’all are amazing!!!
This company helped us with a whole house plumbing remodel and was very professional. They completed two bathrooms, a laundry room and kitchen with installation of water lines, gas lines and drain lines. They also assisted with an outside hose bib repair. They were very professional and great to work with. recommend them for any plumbing need that you might have. Edit: Since this last post I have had two family members use Fisher Critical Services and some other referrals. This is the plumbing company I would trust do complete a job for my family and friends. You will not be disappointed in their service.
We had leaks on our property that affected hotel operations, so we called Tyler to address the issue. He arrived on time with all the necessary tools, including a camera, and did not hesitate to work in dirty areas to get to the root cause of the leak. He quickly identified the cause and completed the required repairs. Tyler also provided a detailed summary with photos showing the root cause of the issue. He did a great job.
You can't go wrong with with Fisher. I had a complicated leak in my kitchen that they thoroughly investigated and resolved after others had failed. Straight forward, honest, and no surprises. I've referred several friends already!
