I came here for a second opinion and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the front desk to the tech to the vet, everyone was helpful and seemed to genuinely care about providing excellent care.
The vet tech, Daniel, and the veterinarian, Dr. Hays, both were very knowledgeable and worked great together. The exam didn’t feel rushed at all. The vet took her time, explained what she was seeing, and the treatment plan actually made sense based on the exam—not just a generic recommendation or multitude of unnecessary orders. I also appreciated that she answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or brushed off. We even had a treatment plan in the event that my cat did not respond to initial treatment (fortunately, he is doing much better and it was not needed).
One of the biggest things for me was how comfortable my cat was. He was pretty stressed out after having been lost for 4 days, but at no point did he seem scared or additionally stressed around them, which says a lot about how they handle and care for animals.
Overall, I left feeling a lot more reassured and confident. I’d definitely come back and would recommend them if you’re looking for a team that will do best by your pet.

The Dr's are nice and I love the location. The staff however, in particular the practice manager, is less than helpful. They have screwed up the paper scripts multiple times.
If you want to get a prescription filled they have a Policy that they will not refill electronically. So you have to go to their location pick up the prescription paper and take it elsewhere. We fill at Costco as it's incredibly cheaper for the same product. I am finding a new vet. It's 2026, this policy is ridiculous.

The Drs. At this clinic are amazing and so compassionate. The staff is super helpful and friendly! The office is also super cute and snells AMAZING! Will always take my pets here and I recommend all of my friends 🐾

2 years ago we had to put our dog down, very sad, we came in as entire family it was handled very well, but that vet is gone and so is the care we felt. A year later my wife and daughter bring our new puppy in for a first check up….and they brought them all into the room where they put our dog down. Absolute low class and zero thought and we had to talk our 9 year old down from that. The Horror.
So new dog fully grown, I say hey are you charging us more fore these meds because we come in, because other retailers are much cheaper. “Oh, well if you use our online shop we price match….” -front desk
3 freaking years of buying one at a time and NO ONE told us they ever had an online shop. I come to find out, because we did what they ask, “just come in get her weight and we will give you her meds right there” was a a 30.00 clip for every dose!!! The robbery.
Such a great choice of vet! They take great care of my pups, even took the time to send a sweet card from everyone that works there sending their condolences for my pup that crossed the rainbow. 5 star vet👌

I absolutely adore the staff here! Very helpful. I was having some trouble giving a client his medication and they helped me quickly. I am thankful when my phone wasn't making calls or sending emails, I just popped in with a picture of our clients booty and they helped me immediately with information of a otc solution. Love the people here!
We have brought our dogs here for years, and I’ve always been happy with the service and care this team provides. The staff is patient and friendly, and the doctors are wonderful! Communication is timely and meaningful.
We had to bring our 10-month old puppy for surgery yesterday, and although it was tough to have our girl get surgery, the experience was really fantastic. Again, great communication throughout the process! I appreciated the attention to detail and time spent going over the discharge process. Huge shout-out to Emily! This assistant/tech was awesome! She was patient, caring, articulate! They have a treasure with her!
