We have always been happy with the care that our puppy girl has received from Cypress Creek Pet Care, but the attention, expertise and communication that we get from Dr. Alcaino is next level. She cares deeply for our girl, uses innovative techniques to reach results, and always gives lots of explanation to help us at home. In a few short months, she has resolved one of our dog's long-term issues by treating possible causes instead of just managing symptoms. Dr. Alcaino also set us up for an imminent procedure with Dr. Palharas while she was out of town, who was also fantastic and kind. We know that we're in good hands when we come here!
