We have always been happy with the care that our puppy girl has received from Cypress Creek Pet Care, but the attention, expertise and communication that we get from Dr. Alcaino is next level. She cares deeply for our girl, uses innovative techniques to reach results, and always gives lots of explanation to help us at home. In a few short months, she has resolved one of our dog's long-term issues by treating possible causes instead of just managing symptoms. Dr. Alcaino also set us up for an imminent procedure with Dr. Palharas while she was out of town, who was also fantastic and kind. We know that we're in good hands when we come here!

Excellent care provided as always. Dr. Bouloy and the staff are first class! Diagnosis and treatment all in one visit with overnight improvement in my cat’s wellbeing. I was very impressed! I highly recommend this veterinary facility to all. They treated my pet lovingly which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Doctor Ray Bouloy is the most AMAZING vet I have ever had! He truly cares about animals. I searched high and low to find a vet who does vasectomies. He does! He took his time to explain the surgery and the benefits. Even giving me his cellphone number in case of an emergency for the surgery. With 40 years experience my dog could not be in better hands. A truly kind, gentleman who loves animals! I couldn’t be happier with the experience 😊

I was absolutely blown away with the care my cat (Bobcat) received here! Dr. Alcaino and Hayden truly made me and Bobcat feel right at home! They both listened to my concerns and addressed them with such professionalism! And Bobcat got plenty of treats during his visit lol!
