They are the best in the business!
We had an emergency with my puppy, we had never been there before but everyone was super friendly and inviting. They told me everything that was happening along the way and took the best care of my pups that they could! We will definitely be going to this vet from now on!
They were able to get me in last minute and were very helpful and attentive to my rabbit who has a painful and lifelong genetic condition. The veterinarian we saw explained everything clearly and was helpful and informative. If you have an exotic pet with specific needs this is a great vet to try.
Staff great. Doctors knowledgeable. Overall a great place to take your pet.
Staff was super friendly and helped take care of my two anxious kitties with such kindness and patience
Love love love the staff. My sweet baby is a rescue and super nervous, and they were all wonderful with her. They have always taken great care of our fur babies ❤️
Very compassionate and helpful staff. They really care about your pets. We’ve seen every doctor at Parmer Lane and they’ve all been great in treating our cats. The front desk staff and technicians are always very helpful and professional even when they are very busy with customers. Highly recommend Parmer Lane Pet Hospital
Years ago my bird was a patient of this Clinic. Back then a Dr. Campbell owned it and his staff was very accommodating. He wanted to retire to enjoy his hard work and sold the business to some corporation. Like many corporations, they chose to not handle avian care. We were left in the cold after one of the team who helped hold the bird during a mani/pedi left the clinic. While we never expected this, they made no recommendations as to anyone who could do the excellent work on the birds beak and nails like their office could. We were left to the try the "someone else" method, going from vet to vet to see if anyone was doing the job well. So far we have seen at least 4 vets. One multiple times but the job they do is less than acceptable and expensive. You can contact the clinic and their response is the same, we do not do birds. The question is can you train a vet or his staff to do the job? Is the vet tech able or willing to do one weekend a month once or twice a year of nothing but this (these services are over $130) My bird has a cracked beak and we have no realistic options for care. I was given the name of a traveling vet and that will be my next "try this one" option. I notice that Thrive and that other corporation are buying all the independent clinics. Are people expected to go to a surgical center to get beak care? Maybe the vet tech at Parmer was just an anomaly and no one is that good. Surely they know of someone they can recommend without hesitation, not just opening the internet and pointing a finger. Someone they have seen the work and can recommend without hesitation. Is it too much to expect?
I love how much they love my Bruno! The best staff and vets!!
Amazing place. Even though they were fully booked. Amy received my call with a smile and told me to come in and wait, in fact she contacted me as I was late just to make sure I was coming and ok. Once I was there, my little guinea pig was triaged and checked within 30 minutes to make sure there is no emergency. After a few hours Ashley came in and she took us to the exam room and then Dr. Sandhu came in. Dr. Sandhu was truly God sent, she prevented me from going in the wrong direction of respiratory illness and let me focus on gut health. She was compassionate and understanding. When checking out again, I had very nice interaction with Ashley (who also explained in details how to give the medications and was always open and honest on the price of things), Mimi and Amy. I know now where to take my piggies when something goes sour.
