Leander · Cedar Park · Liberty HillYour puppy is sick right now, and you have never been to this clinic before. Parmer Lane Pet Hospital in Cedar Park, Texas, takes walk-ins like that in stride. The staff explain what is happening at each step, get last-minute appointments on the books, and treat everything from anxious cats to rabbits with lifelong conditions. Kindness and patience come standard.
We had an emergency with my puppy, we had never been there before but everyone was super friendly and inviting. They told me everything that was happening along the way and took the best care of my pups that they could! We will definitely be going to this vet from now on!
Amazing place. Even though they were fully booked. Amy received my call with a smile and told me to come in and wait, in fact she contacted me as I was late just to make sure I was coming and ok. Once I was there, my little guinea pig was triaged and checked within 30 minutes to make sure there is no emergency. After a few hours Ashley came in and she took us to the exam room and then Dr. Sandhu came in. Dr. Sandhu was truly God sent, she prevented me from going in the wrong direction of respiratory illness and let me focus on gut health. She was compassionate and understanding. When checking out again, I had very nice interaction with Ashley (who also explained in details how to give the medications and was always open and honest on the price of things), Mimi and Amy. I know now where to take my piggies when something goes sour.
Very compassionate and helpful staff. They really care about your pets. We’ve seen every doctor at Parmer Lane and they’ve all been great in treating our cats. The front desk staff and technicians are always very helpful and professional even when they are very busy with customers. Highly recommend Parmer Lane Pet Hospital
They were able to get me in last minute and were very helpful and attentive to my rabbit who has a painful and lifelong genetic condition. The veterinarian we saw explained everything clearly and was helpful and informative. If you have an exotic pet with specific needs this is a great vet to try.
Love love love the staff. My sweet baby is a rescue and super nervous, and they were all wonderful with her. They have always taken great care of our fur babies ❤️
Staff great. Doctors knowledgeable. Overall a great place to take your pet.
