My dog was sick and I had to make the really tough decision to put her down. New Hope Animal Hospital and their staff made us feel so comfortable and showed compassion. They were sweet, loving, understandable, and patient. Not to mention, they were reasonably priced. I have been telling everyone about this place and will continue to tell everyone! Thank you!!

Dr. Troia has been amazing helping me with my very scared pittie. He meets her where she's at and is very open with the next best options. He recently removed an ugly growth that had become cancerous - it was in a super difficult part on her leg but it healed up fantastically. Also, he signed off one of his emails with "thank you for trusting me with your sweet little baby. I love her already." Are you kidding me?!? He is truly a one of a kind vet! P.s. the staff here are also amazing!!

An excellent place to go when you have an emergency with your pet. From the moment you walk in, you receive incredible care. Dr. Madeline was very sweet; my Weimaraner, Luca, behaved excellently despite not feeling well. Their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended. They are very professional at what they do; the treatment was excellent—by the very next day, my Luca was back to 100%.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Guevara. I have been taking my 12 year old cat, Pete, to see him for some ongoing health issues over the last 7 months. Without getting too winded, Dr. Guevara was quick to start finding answers, but was conservative in his treatments and eager to listen to my thoughts, as well. Every time a new curve ball is thrown, he compassionately brain-storms with me, so we can approach the right course of action with all of the information, and he never starts with "worst case scenario". He's calm and level-headed; and that, in turn, keeps me calm as well. I never feel rushed out of the office, or pressured into unnecessary treatments or tests. I always leave feeling heard and at ease, even when having to discuss palliative care options. It's evident that he loves his job and every animal that comes through his door. Outside of my experiences with Dr. Guevara, the staff at New Hope are always kind and helpful, providing excellent customer service. There are plenty of closer vets to me, but I will continue to bring my fur babies here. ❤️
