The Doctors and staff here are kind and caring.
I take my dog Rainy, who is half American Staffie and Great Dane, here for her regular checkups and vaccinations. They were able to draw blood from her when other vets could not. They have been very patient and attentive with for every visit. Plus, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Dr Hope Jensen, DVM and Debbie were very personable to me and my dog and took the time to discuss all my questions.
Everyone I've talked to here is quite helpful and obviously loves what they do, which is exactly what you want in a vet. I brought my dog in for a nail trim he was embarrassingly overdue for, and they were able to get his claws down without any damage to his quicks. I'll be back each month from now on. July 14th, 2024 edit: Nothing has changed! I still love this place June 16th., 2025 edit: Same great people January 29th, 2026 edit: They were very calm while handling my emergency, which is exactly what I needed
I love having the doctors and techs at Buttercup Creek Veterinary take care of my little Corgi, Poppy Mae. They are so friendly and happy to see us that it's a pleasure to take her in, and they go out of their way to answer every question and help us in every way possible. I can't recommend them highly enough.
After filing an insurance claim for my pet, the insurance company asked Buttercup for essentially all of my pet's health records (she is 7 years old). Buttercup took care of this immediately and I was able to satisfy my insurance company's needs within 24 hours. Thank you so much Buttercup--you ROCK!
I stopped taking my dogs here due to the volume of marketing emails. Even after trying to unsubscribe multiple times, I still receive emails several times a week. The messaging often feels very salesy and corporate, rather than focused on patient care. I do appreciate the vet tech who took great care of my dog Jelly during his dental cleaning.
