Danny and team have replaced two separate A/Cs for us. Both times, fantastic service. Danny has diagnosed on the many occasions that I have asked them out, they correctly diagnosed what had gone wrong for both heater, A/C, and thermostat related issues. The install crew is very professional, meticulous, clean, and courteous. And of course the units they installed are excellent and priced competitively and we were given choices. They do their own follow ups and have always responded immediately to all concerns. Highly recommend Caprock. .

We had problems with both our A/C units in the past year and Danny from Caprock is our hero who fixed them both in no time with no fuss! I am so grateful for his professionalism and the lovely small business he's a part of. Very reasonable prices and you don't feel like you're being swindled by a giant corporation. Our AC stopped cooling on a Friday evening. I wanted to support our local economy and hire a company in Cedar Park. While you can get a cheaper service fee, the extra $20 was worth it; starting from the phone call to make the appointment. First off, they answered! She was friendly and listened. She quoted me a time the tech should be out which was followed up by a text message of his expected arrival time. Derek was our tech and was on time and very friendly. He quickly identified the issue and explained everything to us and showed us pictures of what he found. He gave us options for the repair with an estimate for each option. He made the repair quickly and also went the extra mile. The overall price for the service fee and repairs was very reasonable. I will definitely be using Caprock again!
